Saskatoon SQL Server User Group

The Saskatoon SQL User Group is a small and relatively new (January 2016) group.  Our focus is to try to pick a wide variety of topics to draw in the largest number of people we can.

The leader of this chapter, Brian Gale, is a DBA by title, DBA and Developer by duties assigned to him.  This may cause the topics chosen for the meetings to push more towards a DBA side, but we welcome input from chapter members about topics of interest.

We hold our meetings on the last Friday of the month, if possible, with the exception of October (PASS Summit) and December (Christmas).  There are some occasions where the room we try to book is full or not open (such as holidays) and we do our best to pick the next best time which is usually on the last Thursday or Wednesday of the month.

The presentations are usually done by showing a presentation from a previous PASS summit with discussion taking place afterwards.

If you need to get a hold of the chapter leader, he can be reached at bmg002@gmail.com
